Hello!
I’m a user research leader who empowers businesses to be user-centered from the start.
I do so as a user research advisor and consultant for early- and growth-stage companies. Together, we utilize UX research methods and psychological principles to accelerate the path to product-market fit or, at later stages, to build new products in a more user-centered way.
I tend to serve as a “player/coach” - a thought partner and a teacher, so teams are left with insights and with skills.
Research: More deeply understand your users
Strategy: Translate user insights into strategy
User research skills: Kickstart a robust, ongoing research practice
